Thank you for your interest in Pacific PNT 2017. Below, you'll find all of the information you'll need to prepare for the show:
Exhibits will consist of one 6-foot skirted draped table with one chair. Electricity will be available if requested. All items on display must fit on the table provided. No pop-up booths. When you arrive, please find the table with the tent card containing the name of your company.
Tabletop exhibits will be located at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa, in the Kona Moku Ballroom Foyer, which is on the third floor of the Paoakalani Tower. Please note that this is an outdoor foyer area that is open to the general public and the weather; exhibitors will need to bring all items in each evening and set up again each morning. Exhibits MUST be restricted to items that can be placed on your table; no stands will be allowed.
You may set up your exhibit any time after 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 1.
The Full Registration that comes with your booth includes lunch Tuesday through Thursday. Lunch on Monday is on your own. One Full Registration is included in each booth purchase; additional luncheon tickets may be purchased on the meeting website.
